Ok, well, just like I’ve done with dairy, on again, off again, here I am with SUGAR. The evil white stuff!
Yesterday was Day one. I did much better than I thought (possibly because I’ve already been off dairy since Oct?).
I feel like I can make this a lasting change this time, since I’ve been able to do it with dairy.
The hardest thing for me because Sugar is my comfort food. YUM! But, I really want to be healthier, and get rid of the last bits of post-partum depression I’ve been dealing with.
I think this will do it, and help me lose those persistent last 12lbs before my goal weight!
